John See, here in sunny Southwest Florida, Welcome to another monthly updated except this is the yearly minute update for Verona Walk 2015. We are going to compare 2015 to what happened in 2014, where are we, where did we go, and where are we going next year. So the small first home that we will talk about today is the Capri model home. Of all of the sales last year 50 Capris actually sold. The least expensive sold for $242,000 and the most expensive sold for $345,000. A large range there on the Capri model home.
The next home is the Carrington. It is almost the exact same square footage as the Capri model home. There were a total of 21 of these homes sell. There are just not as many of those built. Of those 21 the least expensive sold for $275,000 and the most expensive sold for $340,000, pretty similar to the Capri.
Townhouses: We had 11 townhouse sell and of the townhouse the least expensive sold for $235,000 and the most expenses sold for $310,000. Townhouses were going crazy last year because I saw one that was listed at one point for $350,000.
Now onto the Oakmonts, one of my favorite homes in Verona Walk. There was a total of 28 that sold last year and of those 28 the least expensive sold for $350,000. The most expensive sold for $560,000, a huge price difference.
Carlyle’s are pretty much the largest home in Verona Walk right now. Of the Carlyle’s in Verona walk we had a total of 13 that sold. Of those 13 the least expensive sold for $380,000 and the most expensive Carlyle sold for $585,000.
