Where have all the Townhomes gone?

Verona Walk townhomes are a popular and quick selling home right now. If you were to look back six months ago, you could easily find five to seven townhomes for sale at $230,000 or below. Now, there is currently only ONE townhome on the market selling for $269,900 and it received an offer only THREE days after being placed on the market!

This year so far eight townhomes have sold. The least expensive townhome sold for $212,000 and the most expensive townhome sold for $265,000. Prices are going up as the inventory is going down.
