April 2013 20 homes sold. The least expensive was $212,000 and the most expensive was $460,000. This April 2014 17 homes sold. The least expensive was $235,000 and the most expensive was $449,000. This is the second time in over a year that we have not sold more homes in a given month when compared to the previous year same month. Nothing to worry about though. The real estate market is beginning to level off from the 2 ½ year spike we have had. The lower price point homes are continuing to rise. Last year the least expensive sold home was $212,000 and this year it was $235,000.
4. Were there any foreclosures or short sales sold or listed?
There were no short sales sold and there were 2 foreclosure sold last month.
There were no homes listed as a foreclosure last month and no short sales listed. There is currently 2 foreclosure for sale in Verona Walk and no Short Sales.
There are currently only 41 homes for sale in Verona Walk (down 2 from last month)
5. What was the average D.O.M. for homes sold last month? 56 (way bellow the average)
6. What percent of the asking price did sellers get? 97.8% (Up from last month)
