March 2013 12 homes sold. The least expensive was $190,000 and the most expensive was $400,000. This March 2014 9 homes sold. The least expensive was $240,000 and the most expensive was $569,000. Every month the selling price of homes continues to rise. This is the first time in over a year that we have not sold more homes in a given month when compared to the previous year same month. Nothing to worry about though. We are going to have a big jump in April closes because there are a lot of homes pending right now.

There were 0 short sales or foreclosure sold last month.
There were 0 homes listed as a foreclosure last month and 0 short sales listed. There is currently on 1 foreclosure for sale in Verona Walk and no Short Sales.
